I found the staff quite helpful and polite, even during busy periods. I appreciated the complimentary coffee available in the reception area. Its proximity to town. I would certainly consider staying again. The hot shower was particularly nice, which I found refreshing after a long day.
The rooms were not quite like the photos, and my view consisted of fire escapes.

I found the staff amazingly friendly. They were very helpful with directions to the nearby Westfield shopping center. The on-site coffee in reception was quite a treat. I especially appreciated this early each morning. My room had a very lovely hot shower. It was quite refreshing after a long day.

the room was nice i had the double room. its size was quite good and very clean. the bed was nice too, i have slept very well. the bathroom had a good shower. everything was provided, towels and soap was available.
the breakfast wasn't the best i ever had, the choice was limited.

the wifi worked great everywhere in the building, i could watch movies easily. there are lifts available, so going up with luggage was easy. the bar downstairs looked nice, it have a wide selection.

The bathroom setup was odd, the shower design resulted in water spreading everywhere. the breakfast was disappointing. The tablecloth had stains, and the service was slow. I had to wait a long time for someone to be available. Eventually I just left without eating. The showerhead kept falling, annoying.
